Gromacs 2016.3 on /opt/netapps

The latest version of Gromacs has been made available to all LWP users via networked storage.

To set up your environment for the software run the following command:

source /opt/netapps/gromacs2016.3/bin/GMXRC

You can add this line to your ~/.bashrc file, so it is automatically run every time you open a terminal.

After this gromacs will be in your standard PATH.
