DAMASK on /opt/netapps

You will need to install the following package to get DAMASK to work. We cannot install it by default, because it conflicts with another package on some LWP's. The install command is:

HOME=/tmp sudo apt-get install libpetsc3.6

To set up your environment to work with DAMASK run the following command:

source /opt/netapps/DAMASK/DAMASK_env.sh

You can also add the "source" command to your .bashrc, so it is run automatically when you open a terminal.
