The latest version of Gromacs has been made available to all LWP users via networked storage.

To set up your environment to work with the software, run the following command:

GMXRC

You can add this command to your ~/.bashrc file, so it is automatically run every time you open a terminal.

After this gromacs should be in your standard PATH and you can start it with the command:
