LWP (Linux @ RUG) is based on Ubuntu LTS releases. When you are logged in, you can get infomation about the LWP/Ubuntu version you're running by issuing the 'lwp command. If you're not logged in yet, the specific Ubuntu version is shown at the top of the login screen. Example screenshot:
